The first thing you will notice is the large front deck which is the ideal entertainment spot anytime of year, with Gas BBQ, outdoor seating and glass balustrade providing uninterrupted views of the spa, Cantilever Umbrella's to provide shade and feature lighting for night.

DOWNSTAIRS: Open plan living, dining and kitchen area has three sets of double doors opening onto the extra-large deck (fully enclosed with child lock) which overlooks the valley and tree tops. The living area has one large chaise sofa, another 3 piece sofa with 50 inch plasma TV DVD player and stereo, split system A/C and central gas ducted heating.

A sleek modern kitchen with D/W, stainless steel appliances, large pantry and fridge, coffee machine, 3 bar stools along breakfast bench plus a 6 seater dining table.

Located at the rear of the home are 2 bedrooms. B/R 3: 1xQB, BIR, ceiling fan, tinted windows and door to deck. B/R 4: Set of bunk beds, BIR, fan, tinted windows. The main bathroom is fitted out with a large bath tub, shower, bidet and toilet. There is a separate large laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment.

UPSTAIRS: The parents retreat offers a cosy sofa with 50 inch Plasma TV, DVD player, stereo, kitchenette with bar fridge, sink and microwave and access to the upper deck area with bay views and outdoor setting for 4. Either side of the parents retreat are two master bedrooms each with 1xQB, WIR, Ensuite with double shower, split system A/C, doors to upper deck which offer beautiful views across the Bay.

The gardens are landscaped with an automated watering system and sealed drive. Adjoining the house is a large double remote garage in addition to plenty of off street parking for up to 6 cars.
